CCTV & Surveillance Engineer

Install, configure and service HD and IP camera systems — from the site survey through to handing the customer a working phone app.

Full time

What you'll do

  • Walk the site, identify blind spots and map camera positions and cable runs
  • Install dome, bullet and PTZ cameras, including weatherproof outdoor mounts
  • Configure NVR and DVR recorders, and size storage to the retention the customer needs
  • Set up secure remote live view and playback on mobile and desktop
  • Run and terminate camera cabling and power cleanly
  • Diagnose faults on existing systems — camera, recorder, cabling or configuration
  • Attend scheduled AMC visits and breakdown calls

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of hands-on CCTV installation and service experience
  • Confident configuring recorders and remote-view apps without supervision
  • Comfortable working at height and in live commercial premises
  • Able to explain the system to a customer in plain language at handover

Fire Alarm & Life Safety Technician

Install, commission and test addressable and conventional fire alarm systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors and manual call points
  • Fit sounders and strobes, and run detection loop cabling per zone
  • Programme addressable panels and carry out commissioning tests
  • Perform periodic testing — panel checks, detector testing, sounder and battery verification
  • Support sprinkler and fire-fighting installation work on site
  • Advise on fire extinguisher type and placement per area

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of hands-on fire alarm installation and servicing experience
  • Working knowledge of both addressable and conventional systems
  • Able to fault-find on a live panel and read a zone layout
  • Careful, methodical approach — this is life-safety work

ELV Service Engineer — Access, Attendance & Intercom

Handle everything beyond cameras: access control, biometric attendance, video door phones, intercom and EPABX — installation plus AMC response.

What you'll do

  • Install fingerprint and card access control, EM locks, readers and exit switches
  • Configure per-person, per-door access rules and enrol users
  • Set up biometric time-attendance devices and extract reports for payroll
  • Install video door phones, building intercom and EPABX systems
  • Programme extensions and dialling plans for societies and offices
  • Install PA amplifiers and speakers, and tune zoned announcements
  • Attend AMC visits and breakdown calls across the customer base

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of hands-on ELV installation and service experience
  • Comfortable across access control, attendance and intercom — not just one
  • Able to configure software and pull reports, not only wire hardware
  • Good with customers, since AMC work means dealing with them directly
