Cost depends on camera count, HD or IP type, recording days required and cabling distance — not on a fixed package. We do a free site survey, then give you an itemised quotation covering cameras, recorder, storage, cabling and installation, so there are no hidden charges later.
Yes. We visit the site, understand the risk areas, map camera and device positions and cable routes, and then quote. There is no obligation to proceed after the survey.

An Annual Maintenance Contract covers scheduled servicing, testing and support for your installed systems. It matters because most CCTV failures are found only when footage is actually needed — cameras out of focus, a full or failed hard disk, or a recorder that stopped writing weeks ago. A contract catches that before you need the footage.
