An Annual Maintenance Contract covers scheduled servicing, testing and support for your installed systems. It matters because most CCTV failures are found only when footage is actually needed — cameras out of focus, a full or failed hard disk, or a recorder that stopped writing weeks ago. A contract catches that before you need the footage.

Yes. We visit the site, understand the risk areas, map camera and device positions and cable routes, and then quote. There is no obligation to proceed after the survey.
